The French Fitness Jammer Arms are designed to add a traditional jammer press option to your French Fitness FSR60 Functional Smith & Squat Rack Home Gym or French Fitness FSR70 Dual Cable Smith & Half Rack System. Great for flat, incline, decline, military bench press, row, shrugs, class press and deadlift. The standard arm gives you several grip positions and the straight bar adds even more variety to your training.
They are used for iso lateral seated, standing and floor based exercises including Chest, Shoulder, and Seated / Standing Rows. They can also be used in conjunction with the included straight bar for leg presses, squats, deadlifts, shoulder shrugs, and more. They allow more explosive movements with greater stability and control and than free weights. They connect to the cable columns on the front of the FSR machine.
